Established in 2011, we are a custom cake and wedding cake bakery and a Florida cottage food operation. As a long standing Florida local with years of business, customer & food service experience, the cake decorating world just naturally appeals to my artistic side. With the help and support of my husband, Shawn, and our loving family, Absolutely Cake has given me the ability to join my love of feeding people with my need to create something beautiful.

 

We specialize in custom cakes for weddings, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, any occasion or no occasion. We offer a variety of flavor options ranging from decadent Italian Cream and bold Key Lime to classics like rich Red Velvet or a simply perfect Vanilla. We offer personal consultations, tastings, delivery and setup. Absolutely Cake would love to help to make your special event a little sweeter!
